Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Lynex Global Solutions (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our services.
1. Services Provided
Lynex Global Solutions provides e-commerce account management, marketplace growth strategies (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), brand development, and legal compliance services (FSSAI, GST, MSME, Trademark Registration). The scope of services will be defined in specific service agreements or invoices provided to the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for service delivery. This includes marketplace credentials, business documents for registrations, and product information. Any delays caused by inaccurate or missing information are not the responsibility of Lynex Global Solutions.
3. Marketplace Compliance
While we strive to ensure all account management practices align with marketplace policies (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), specific outcomes like sales numbers or search rankings depend on many factors including marketplace algorithms and external competition. We do not guarantee specific sales results.
4. Intellectual Property
All content created by Lynex Global Solutions for the client (graphics, listings, strategy docs) remains our property until full payment is received, after which rights transfer to the client for their specific brand use.
5. Payment and Refunds
Service fees are payable as per the schedule mentioned in the invoice. Due to the service-based nature of our work, payments for hours already worked or registrations already filed (FSSAI, GST, etc.) are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Lynex Global Solutions be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services or any marketplace account actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Lynex Global Solutions and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai/Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
